In a riveting display of hockey prowess, the Montana State University Bobcats clinched a 3-1 victory against the University of Colorado Buffaloes on October 18th, 2025. The game, which took place at the Haynes Pavilion, saw a total of 58 shots, with the Buffaloes taking 32 and the Bobcats 26.
Despite the Buffaloes’ best efforts, they were unable to convert their shots into goals, with their power play standing at 0/4. The Bobcats also had a power play of 0/4, but managed to outscore their opponents with some strategic plays and exceptional teamwork.
The Buffaloes’ only goal came from #6 Anna Masiello, while the Bobcats’ Nicola Roberts (#26) showed an outstanding performance by scoring two goals. The goalies for both teams put up a valiant fight, with the Buffaloes’ Zoe Watson making 23 saves out of 26 shots and the Bobcats’ Reese Mcconnell making an impressive 31 saves out of 32 shots.
