The Montana State University Bobcats delivered a stunning performance last night, clinching a 4-1 victory over the University of Wyoming Pokes. The game, held at Haynes Pavilion, was a showcase of the Bobcats’ defensive prowess and offensive efficiency.

Despite the Pokes outshooting the Bobcats with 55 shots to 35, the Bobcats’ defense stood tall. The team’s goalie, Reese McConnell, put up an impressive show, saving 54 out of 55 shots. On the other hand, Pokes’ goalie, Pudgie Sabinash, managed to save 31 out of 35 shots.

Neither team managed to capitalize on their powerplays, with the Pokes going 0/3 and the Bobcats 0/4. However, the Bobcats’ #26, Nicola Roberts, and the Pokes’ #2, Zoey Brown, both managed to find the back of the net, scoring one goal each.

The Bobcats will carry this momentum into their next game at home versus the University of Utah on Friday, February 20, at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink. The team will be looking to continue their winning streak and put on yet another thrilling performance for their fans.
