The Bobcats maintained an aggressive offense throughout the game, taking a total of 45 shots against the Huskies. The Huskies, on the other hand, struggled to find their footing and managed only 24 shots. The Bobcats’ impenetrable defense, led by goalie Reese McConnell, kept the Huskies at bay, with McConnell saving all 24 shots aimed at the Bobcats’ goal.

The star of the game was undoubtedly Bobcats #4 Maeve Kelleher, who contributed significantly to the team’s victory with two goals. On the other side, Huskies #6 Julia Rostas had a tough night with no penalty minutes.

Despite the numerous powerplay opportunities, neither team managed to capitalize on them, leaving the powerplay statistics at 0/0 for both teams.
