In an awe-inspiring display of skill and teamwork, the Montana State University Bobcats crushed the University of Washington Huskies with a 11-0 victory on Saturday, October 24th at the Kraken Community Iceplex in Washington.

The Bobcats dominated the ice from the start, firing off a total of 45 shots compared to the Huskies’ meager 24. Despite the Huskies’ best efforts, they were unable to penetrate the Bobcats’ solid defense and formidable goaltending.

Bobcats’ goalie, Reese McConnell, displayed an impeccable performance with a total of 24 saves, denying the Huskies any chance of a comeback. On the other end, the Huskies’ goalie, Yasmine Mohamed, was overwhelmed by the Bobcats’ relentless offense, managing only 34 saves out of 45 shots.

Adding to the Huskies’ woes, Faith Hobbs of the Bobcats scored two stellar goals, further solidifying the Bobcats’ commanding lead. In a game devoid of powerplay opportunities, the Bobcats’ sheer offensive prowess was enough to secure their victory.

In contrast, the Huskies’ Emily Steinhart managed to avoid any penalty minutes, but it was not enough to make a difference in the outcome of the game.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th at 7:45 pm PDT, once again at the Kraken Community Iceplex in Washington. If this game is any indication, the Huskies will need to significantly step up their game to stand a chance against the formidable Bobcats.
