In a thrilling display of skill and teamwork, the Montana State University Bobcats secured a decisive 11-0 victory over the University of Washington Huskies at the Kraken Community Iceplex on October 24, 2025.

The Bobcats came out strong, peppering the Huskies’ net with an impressive total of 45 shots. The Huskies, on the other hand, struggled to penetrate the Bobcats’ defense, managing only 24 shots throughout the game.

The Bobcats’ goaltender, Reese McConnell, had an exceptional night, stopping all 24 shots faced and earning a well-deserved shutout. On the other end of the ice, the Huskies’ netminder, Yasmine Mohamed, had a challenging night, saving 34 out of 45 shots.

Bobcats’ Maeve Kelleher, wearing jersey #4, had a standout performance, netting two goals and contributing significantly to the team’s victory. On the Huskies’ side, Brighid Donohue (#29) had a quiet night, with no penalty minutes recorded.
