The Montana State University Bobcats faced off against the Grand Canyon University Antelopes on February 21, 2026, at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink. The final score was a disappointing 7-1 defeat for the Bobcats.
The Antelopes dominated the game, taking an impressive 64 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 19. Their powerplay was also more effective, scoring on one of their three opportunities while the Bobcats failed to capitalize on either of their two chances.
Antelopes’ goalie, Annika Olson, had a strong performance, facing 19 shots and making 18 saves. On the other side of the ice, Bobcats’ goalie Emma Carlson was under constant pressure, facing a barrage of 64 shots and managing to save 57.
The star of the game was undoubtedly the Antelopes’ #12 Jennae Szucs, who managed to score an impressive hat trick. The lone goal for the Bobcats was scored by #20 Marin Snyder.
