The Montana State University Bobcats hockey team put on a clinic in their recent game against the University of Washington Huskies, ending the match with a staggering 12-0 victory. The game was held at the Kraken Community Iceplex in Washington on October 25, 2025.

The Bobcats dominated the game from the onset, outshooting the Huskies 41-11. The team’s powerplay was also impressive, netting a goal in one out of five attempts. On the other hand, the Huskies struggled throughout the match, failing to convert any of their two powerplay opportunities.

The goaltending was another highlight for the Bobcats. Netminder Reese McConnell showcased his skills with a flawless performance, stopping all 11 shots he faced. The Huskies goalie, Yasmine Mohamed, had a tough night, making 29 saves on 41 shots.

Bobcats’ Maeve Kelleher, wearing number 4, was the star of the match with a hat trick. The Huskies’ Jocelynn Delamerced, on the other hand, had a rough game, spending four minutes in the penalty box.

The Bobcats will look to carry their momentum into their next game, which is an away match against the University of Denver. The game will take place at the Family Sports Center on Friday, November 14, with the puck drop scheduled for 11:40 am MST.
