The Montana State University Bobcats faced a tough loss against the Grand Canyon University Antelopes in last night’s game at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink. The final score was a disappointing 7-1 in favor of the Antelopes.

The Antelopes dominated the game from the onset, with a total of 64 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 19. The Antelopes’ powerplay was successful 1 out of 3 times, while the Bobcats struggled, going 0 for 2.

In the goalie matchup, the Antelopes’ Annika Olson faced 19 shots and made 18 saves, a strong performance that played a significant part in their victory. On the other side, Bobcats’ Emma Carlson had a tough night, facing a whopping 64 shots and making 57 saves.

The star of the game was undoubtedly the Antelopes’ #12, Jennae Szucs, who scored an impressive hat-trick. The lone goal for the Bobcats was scored by #20, Marin Snyder.
