The Montana State University Bobcats claimed a resounding victory over the University of Wyoming Pokes on Monday night, with a final score of 4-1. The game took place at the Haynes Pavilion, and despite the Pokes taking more shots, the Bobcats’ defense held strong.

The Pokes had a total of 55 shots, while the Bobcats had 35. However, the Bobcats’ goaltender, Reese McConnell, put on a stellar performance, saving 54 of the 55 shots. On the other hand, the Pokes’ goaltender, Pudgie Sabinash, managed to save 31 of the 35 shots.

The Pokes’ powerplay was 0/3, while the Bobcats’ powerplay was 0/4. Despite the lack of powerplay goals, the Bobcats managed to find the net four times. Nicola Roberts, wearing jersey #26 for the Bobcats, contributed one of the goals.

For the Pokes, Zoey Brown, wearing jersey #2, managed to score the only goal for her team. Despite the loss, the Pokes showed great determination and will no doubt be looking to bounce back in their next game.
