The Montana State University Bobcats faced a tough loss against the University of Utah Utes yesterday, with the final score being 5-2 in favor of the Utes. The game was held at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink in Colorado.

Despite the Bobcats’ valiant efforts and a total of 31 shots on goal, the Utes managed to maintain their lead throughout the game, with a total of 38 shots. The Bobcats’ powerplay was 0/2, while the Utes did not have any powerplay opportunities.

Miranda De Antunano, the Utes’ goalie, managed to save 29 out of the 31 shots taken by the Bobcats. On the other hand, the Bobcats’ goalie, Reese Mcconnell, made a total of 33 saves out of the 38 shots taken by the Utes.

A standout player in the game was Utes’ #12, Morgan Lavalley, who managed to score two goals. Bobcats’ #22, Rylan Lorentz, also made a significant contribution with one goal.
