The Montana State University Bobcats faced off against the Grand Canyon University Antelopes in a game that would prove to be a challenging encounter for the home team. The game, which took place at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink on February 21, 2026, ended with a decisive 7-1 victory for the Antelopes.
The Antelopes dominated the game from the start, taking a total of 64 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 19. This overwhelming offensive pressure was too much for the Bobcats to handle, and despite a valiant effort from goalie Emma Carlson, who made 57 saves, the Antelopes found the back of the net seven times.
