The Montana State University Bobcats faced a challenging match against the Grand Canyon University Antelopes on February 21, 2026. The game, held at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink in Colorado, ended with a decisive victory for the Antelopes, 7-1.
The Antelopes dominated the game, taking 64 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 19. Their power play was also more effective, scoring once in three attempts, while the Bobcats failed to capitalize on their two power play opportunities.
Antelopes’ goalie, Annika Olson, had an impressive performance, saving 18 out of 19 shots. On the Bobcats’ side, Emma Carlson faced a barrage of shots, making 57 saves from 64 attempts.
The star of the match was undoubtedly Antelopes’ #12, Jennae Szucs, who netted an impressive hat trick. For the Bobcats, #20 Marin Snyder managed to score their only goal of the match.
