The Montana State University Bobcats faced a challenging evening on the ice against the Grand Canyon University Antelopes on February 21, 2026. The final score saw the Antelopes claim victory with a decisive 7-1 win over the Bobcats at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink in Colorado.

The Antelopes dominated the game from the outset, launching a total of 64 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 19. The Antelopes’ powerplay was successful once out of three attempts, while the Bobcats were unable to capitalize on their two powerplay opportunities.

In the goal, the Antelopes’ Annika Olson was a formidable presence, facing 19 shots and making 18 saves. Emma Carlson of the Bobcats had a busy night, with 64 shots coming her way. She made a commendable 57 saves, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win for the Bobcats.

The star of the game was undoubtedly the Antelopes’ #12, Jennae Szucs, who scored an impressive hat trick. For the Bobcats, #20 Marin Snyder managed to find the back of the net for the team’s only goal of the game.
