In an intense face-off on the ice, the Montana State University Bobcats fell to the Grand Canyon University Antelopes in a decisive 7-1 game at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink on February 21, 2026.

The Antelopes came out strong, peppering the Bobcats with a staggering 64 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 19. The Antelopes’ powerplay was effective, with a 1/3 success rate, while the Bobcats struggled to find their footing, failing to convert on both of their powerplay opportunities.

Goalkeeping was a significant factor in this game. The Antelopes’ Annika Olson had a solid performance, facing 19 shots and making 18 saves. On the other side, the Bobcats’ Emma Carlson had a challenging night, facing a barrage of 64 shots and making 57 saves.
