In a thrilling encounter at Haynes Pavilion, the Montana State University Bobcats emerged victorious over the University of Wyoming Pokes with a final score of 4-1. Despite the Pokes having a staggering 55 shots, the Bobcats managed to keep their defense firm, allowing only one goal.

The Bobcats, with a total of 35 shots, utilized their opportunities efficiently, scoring four times. Both teams had their chances on the powerplay, but neither could convert. The Pokes were 0/3 and the Bobcats 0/4 on powerplay opportunities.

The Pokes goalie, Pudgie Sabinash, faced 35 shots and made 31 saves. On the other side, Bobcats’ Reese McConnell had a fantastic game, facing 55 shots and making an impressive 54 saves.

The Pokes’ only goal came from #2 Zoey Brown, while for the Bobcats, #26 Nicola Roberts found the net.
