The Montana State University Bobcats faced a challenging game against the Grand Canyon University Antelopes last night at the CU Boulder Rec Center Ice Rink. Despite their best efforts, the Bobcats fell to the Antelopes with a final score of 7-1.

The Antelopes dominated the game with an impressive 64 shots on goal compared to the Bobcats’ 19. The Antelopes’ powerplay was successful 1 out of 3 times, while the Bobcats struggled to capitalize on their powerplay opportunities, going 0 for 2.

In the net, Antelopes’ goalie Annika Olson had a solid performance, facing 19 shots and making 18 saves. On the other side, Bobcats’ goalie Emma Carlson was put to the test, facing a barrage of 64 shots and making 57 saves.

The star of the game was undoubtedly the Antelopes’ Jennae Szucs who scored an impressive hat trick. For the Bobcats, Marin Snyder managed to put one on the board, scoring the team’s only goal of the game.
