Despite being outshot by the Antelopes, the Bobcats managed to secure a 3-2 win.
The Bobcats were the underdogs going into the match, with the Antelopes taking a staggering 55 shots compared to the Bobcats’ 23. However, the Bobcats showed exceptional resilience, with their goalie, Reese Mcconnell, making an impressive 53 saves.
The Bobcats’ powerplay was also on point, converting 2 out of 4 opportunities, while the Antelopes could only capitalize on 1 out of 3. This proved to be a significant factor in the final outcome of the game.
Bobcats’ #26 Nicola Roberts was the star of the show, netting two goals and playing a crucial role in securing the victory. On the other side, Antelopes’ #17 Abigail Brigg managed to score one goal.
